I got awards!

Woohoo!
What a great way to end this very busy year of 2008!
Sue nominated me for these two awards

and I'm soooo happy to accept! Thank you, Sue!

Soooo...
now I have to nominate 5 other blogs for the awards...
here goes...
I nominate:

Åsa/Badanka because she's an awesome artist! Sewing, painting, photography, you name it, she does it!
Zarah Wish I could make LOs like Zarah's. Sooo pretty! Can't wait to see what she does in 2009!
Angela Blogs are a great way to keep up with far-away family! Angela was the one who got me into scrapping! Thanks Ang!
May is such a playful scrapper! I love how all her work is so happy looking! And she teaches! Big Picture Scrapbooking
Lene is another great artist! All her LOs are wonderful pieces of intricate art.

Rules for the Kreative Blogger Award:
The winner may put the logo on their blog. Put a link to the person who sent you the award. Nominate 5 blogs, with links to their blogs. Leave a message for your nominees.

2008 has been a very busy year for me, and I'm excited to enter 2009 in just a couple of hours. I'll be watching a movie now, with the volume up high to block out the sound of fire works. Big dog Dexter REALLY doesn't appreciate the spectacular show of color and noise that is New Years Eve here in Norway.
Happy New Year to you all! See you next year!

Scrappehusets "Salte-challenge."

It's been a while since I've done any challenges and I haven't been scrapping too much lately. I don't know, I've just been so busy and pooped since I started working I guess. Major change of pace after having been home with kiddos for almost 5 years.
Anywho...
Here's my LO for the "Salte-challenge":

It appears I'm getting back into white space a little bit. Not that the white space here's white or anything...

Thanks for stepping by my blog! Please leave a comment if you have a second, or come on over to www.eclectic-kits.no and have a look around my tiny little store!

The wonderful world of blogs led me to...

...http://omdigitalkameror.se and they're having this AWESOME blog candy! It's a Swedish digital camera review site and Zarah showed me the way (she's REALLY good at finding candy ;-). Check out her blog, she's a wonderful artist!
So to be entered you have to leave a comment on their blog and link to the entry using the word digitalkameror. I would sooooo love to win this! I still have a regular old digi. It's a nice one (Sony Cyber-shot) that's served me well for the last 3 years, but I'm starting to think a new camera will be on my next wish list (if I don't win this of course) =-). So here's crossing my fingers... x

Merry Christmas!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and that all of you lucky Norwegians are enjoying your (hopefully) extended Christmas vacation. I sure am. Except for a couple of broken ribs paired with a nice little cough... Anyways...
I made this on the 22:

Uncompleted! Just to have it waiting for a photo of us decorating the tree. And here's the completed version:

Made with KIT 6 Hei Hå... from my very own Eclectic Kits Come on over and have a look around the store! Lots of opportunity for great savings right now!

Here's KIT 6! Hei Hå...

And this is what I made with it. So far... I'm usually VERY good about using most of a kit without mixing too much with other stuff. Of course, it gets harder the further down you get into it and supplies are dwindling.
Lots of FUN papers and stuff in this one! I am SOOO in LOVE with October Afternoon it's not even funny! The colors are just so yum and the patterns are always so... well, YUM! What can I say? Love the stuff!
So come on over and take a peek! I even have an international (VERY international! She's lived just about everywhere!) guest designer this time; Sue Mylde. Sue made some very cute things with this kit. Thanks, Sue! Sue's blog is: http://justperspective.blogspot.com/ if you want to visit her!

KIT 5 Very Vintage/ Virkelig Vintage

Holy cow, I scrapped!
It's been almost a month I think, since last time. I just haven't been feeling like it. Being sick all the time kinda does that to me. Two colds and a stomach flu...
Anyways, I finally got the last of the product for KIT 5, which I'm calling Very Vintage, or "Virkelig Vintage" in Norwegian.
So here are two LOs I made with that kit (which will be up for sale tonight at: Eclectic Kits
